Battle for Dazar’alor adds four new healing trinket and at the moment they’re a big ol’ mixed bag. Let’s look at each in more detail.

HSW (Healer Stat Weights) is an addon that automatically calculates your stat weights based on the content that you’re currently running. It’ll tell you what your strongest and weakest stats are and you can use that information for you enchants, gems and general gearing decisions. It does all the work for you so that you can avoid any complicated math.
Antorus: The Burning Throne adds 7 new healing trinkets across 11 bosses and there’s plenty of variety; however, our options might be limited due to the power of the Pantheon trinkets that drop off Argus himself (herself? Itself?). Blizzard have otherwise done a fantastic job balancing the Antorus trinkets and almost all of them are at least ‘pretty good’. Weak Auras are included where advantageous.
UPDATE: Trinket numbers were adjusted again with the live patch. All values contained within have been similarly updated. Tomb of Sargeras adds six new healer trinkets across nine bosses and the effects vary wildly. In Nighthold we got one great (Map), one situationally powerful (Cake), one class dependent (Paradox), and one outright terrible (Mirror) trinket.
